Question: Why is it that software made by companies worth trillions of is so terrible?
I am simply trying to find something that a friend said to me in a text message in the beginning of November. I go to their message thread in Messages, and scroll back, and I get a spinner… and then my mouse cursor turns to spinning beach ball for minutes. Then it finally finishes loading.. However, I am still no where near November.. So I scroll up… I get a spinner… and then my mouse cursor turns to spinning beach ball for minutes…
This is infuriating. I will never get to the message I am looking for.
It’s 2022. These are text messages. I can’t understand why this would be so slow. I am on an M1 chip. It’s not 1980, and I am not trying to access my messages remotely via a 300 baud modem… I just don’t understand.
