A Virginia judge gave a federal jail electrical manager’s movement for reconsideration, after a staff member brought a Bivens claim versus him, following current precedent from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
U.S. District Judge Michael S. Nachmanoff for the Eastern District of Virginia dismissed complainant Earlson Tso’s Bivens claim versus his manager Ron Wester, in a Feb. 6 viewpoint and gave the movement for reconsideration, concluding information of the match counseled versus a Bivens treatment, or a civil liberties claim for financial damages versus federal authorities.
